An in-house orthopedic physical assessment with optional hormone and supplement-focused lab add-ons.
About this service
The base assessment is performed in-house by our physician assistant and includes a functional movement assessment, body composition assessment, and traditional orthopedic exam elements. X-rays or MRIs are ordered only when the provider determines they are necessary. Optional add-ons can include hormone optimization labs with MD evaluation through Lifeforce, supplement-focused bloodwork with MD evaluation through Optimal Health Systems, or both.
Provider-supervised assessment. Educational and wellness-focused information only. Imaging and clinical recommendations are determined by the licensed provider when appropriate.
