Building a longevity routine that lasts

Forget the 40-step protocols. A routine you'll actually keep beats a perfect one you abandon in a week.

The internet loves a maximalist longevity routine — dozens of supplements, rigid schedules, gadgets for everything. For most people, that complexity is exactly why it doesn't stick.

We prefer a small set of high-value levers, kept consistent: move most days, recover deliberately, sleep like it matters, eat in a way you can sustain, and stay connected to people. None of these are secrets. The skill is in keeping them going.

A practical routine layers a couple of recovery sessions, regular movement, and a few everyday habits you barely have to think about. Add the more advanced or partner-led options later, once the foundation is solid — and only with appropriate guidance.
